Implementing AI Solutions in Layman’s Terms
A working session on what AI actually does inside a business — the revenue, the hours, the costs. Live demos, no slideware.

Live demo — AI in real estate
Built on screen from listing, client, and transaction data. See what runs ↓
We build an AI workflow live, on real real-estate data.
Most AI talks show a finished screenshot. This one shows the work: three ordinary data sources in, a workflow assembled in front of you, usable output out — including the parts a human still has to check.
Listing data
Property details in, marketing copy out — plus the edit pass that shows where it still needs a person.
Client data
An inbound enquiry read, qualified, answered, and routed — with the reasoning visible, not hidden.
Transaction data
Dates, documents, and who-owes-what in one readable status — the chase that eats a week per deal.
The honest part
Where it got things wrong, what it cost to run, and what it would take to deploy next quarter.
Nothing ships without a human in the loop
How the session runs
In order, because the order matters — the demo only lands once the vocabulary is out of the way. If a use case cannot answer to revenue, hours, cost, or the customer’s experience, it is a hobby.
Clearing the jargon
Model, prompt, agent, hallucination — one sentence each, so the rest of the hour makes sense.
What it is good at, and what it is bad at
Where it reliably beats a person, where it confidently gets things wrong, and why telling them apart is most of the skill.
Live demo — AI in real estate
The centrepiece. Built on screen against listing, client, and transaction data, failures left in.
Your data, your security, your liability
Where your data actually goes, what the contract should say, and what changes under HIPAA, PCI, or SOC 2.
Starting small without wasting money
Picking one use case, sizing the pilot, defining success up front, and how to stop cleanly.
Open Q&A
Bring the question you have been slightly embarrassed to ask. This is the room for it.
Timings and the final lineup are still being locked; the chips above update as each piece confirms.
Built for the decision-maker, not the data scientist
If you run a business, or a department inside one, and AI keeps arriving as either hype or homework — this hour is for you.
Cleared for launch
- Owners, founders, and executives at companies of roughly 10 to 250 people
- Real-estate brokers, teams, and property managers — the demo is your workflow
- Operations, finance, HR, and office managers tracking where the hours go
- The person who became the de facto IT decision-maker without asking to be
- Regulated teams — healthcare, legal, finance, insurance — who need the compliance answer first
Probably not for you
- ML engineers and data scientists — you already know this material
- Anyone looking for model benchmarks, architecture deep-dives, or code
- Founders wanting to pitch an AI product rather than talk about using one

Not a vendor demo reel. The people who get called when a tool nobody vetted starts handling customer data.

Common questions
QWhat exactly is the live demo?
A working AI workflow on real-estate listing, client, and transaction data — on screen, live, not a recording. Real estate because the work is recognizable, and the same shapes show up in most businesses.
QDo I need to be in real estate to get value from this?
No. Real estate is the worked example, not the subject. The session is about how to judge, scope, and cost an AI workflow in any business.
QDo I need a technical background to attend?
No — that is the entire point. If you can describe how your business runs, you have enough background. Every term gets explained as we go.
QHow much does it cost?
Nothing. Free, hosted by InfoNetworks as part of LA Tech Week 2026. RSVP is required because seats are kept small, so the Q&A is a conversation rather than a broadcast.
QWhere is it held?
In Los Angeles. The exact location goes to confirmed guests through the RSVP page — standard practice for LA Tech Week events.
QCan I bring my team?
Please do. Have each person RSVP individually so they each get their own confirmation and the location details.
QIs this a sales pitch in disguise?
No. A fair amount of it is about when not to buy AI. We would rather tell you the truth than sell you a pilot you did not need.
